Your application enters our applicant pool and is reviewed by our People & Culture (P&C) team.
P&C coordinates with relevant departments to assess your fit for the role.
If your profile matches, you will be invited to a brief (approx. 30 min) conversation with the department or manager.
Depending on the role, you may meet additional team members or managers for a deeper discussion.
We provide transparent feedback. If successful, you will receive an offer. If not, you will be informed promptly.
Once you accept, our P&C team coordinates your onboarding.
